Monoclonal Anti-Syntaxin antibody produced in mouse

clone HPC-1, ascites fluid

MDL number:MFCD00164742

Description

Immunogensynaptosomal plasma-membrane fraction from adult rat hippocampus.
SpecificityUsed to isolate syntaxin cDNA clones by screening a λgt11 library from rat hippocampus. The antibody detects the stratum radiatum in rat hippocompus and membranes of amacrine cell bodies and inner plexiform layer in rat retina.
